Taken at 11. Expected to feel energized and focused. What I got was loss of appetite, sleepiness, and a feeling as though I’m stuck in my head. Thinking, thinking and even more thinking, and I find myself zoning out and thinking about nothing. “Thinking about nothing,” is that even possible? I just want my eyes fixed on a object that isn’t moving. I feel like my eyes should be dried out by now from lack of blinking. I’ve stopped and just stared at the screen about 17 times throughout typing this whole paragraph. It’s fucking weird. I just want to sleep.
